Get a glimpse at multiple Parade homes all conveniently located in featured neighborhoods in different locations. Builders of all sizes and product types are encouraged to enter homes in the Parade. Any home or development within the BIA’s territory is eligible to be entered.

You’ll be able to tour 61 homes by 21 builders in five counties and 19 school districts. Price points range from $300k to over $1m and include traditional single family as well as maintenance free homes. With homes ranging in price from $600,000-$900,000, the 2014 BIA Parade of Homes site is located in southern Delaware County and within Olentangy School District.

Each year, central Ohio’s premier builders showcase their homes, offering Parade guests the opportunity experience the most current trends firsthand. BIA members will continue this tradition, working to bring even more innovation to the housing industry. With homes ranging in price from $600,000-$1 million, the 148‐home Trail’s End development in southern Delaware County is located within Olentangy School District.

The second change is that you will see more variety in the type of home featured in the Parade of Homes. The opportunity to showcase different types of homes at various price points was something that we heard consistently from our builders and the public.

BIA Parade of Homes showcases new houses across central Ohio
Pickerington residents have easy access to homes in the Parade’s southeast quadrant. One build by Trinity Homes showcases a home located in the Reserve at Pickerington Ponds, just southeast of Pickerington Ponds Metro Park. The home features four bedrooms, a three-car garage and, uniquely, second-floor laundry. “We have hosted five other BIA Parades, and this is our most scenic site ever,” said Charlie Driscoll, president of Edwards Land Company, the site’s developer. Driscoll pointed to the fact that Trails End features unusually low density, with almost 50 percent of the site’s 216 acres devoted to open space. The 2014 Parade of Homes will take place June 14-29, 2014 at Trails End, located at the intersection of Olentangy River Rd. and Home Rd. in Liberty Township, Delaware County.
With the new format, the traditional REALTOR® Morning is now a REALTOR® Day – Thursday, Sept. 23 from 10a – 6p. On this day, many builders will be providing food and beverage to welcome you on your tour. Another change is that, since the event is now free, you can bring clients, friends, family, etc. As you can’t get to all 61 homes in one day, check out the interactive map and plan your route for the 23rd.

As the largest showcase of new homes in central Ohio, the Parade showcases more than 50 new builds each year.
